The episode of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai starts with Angoori watering the plants. Vibhuti looks at Angoori and imagines singing and dancing with her. Saxena slaps Vibhuti and brings him back to his sense, as he was about to kiss Saxena. Vibhuti slaps Saxena and asks him to do his work.
Tiwari sings songs outside Vibhuti’s house. Teeka, Tilu, Malkan, Masterji, Prem, Gupta, Angoori and Anita listen to their song. Anita and Tiwari give a speech on their NGO. Anita tells everyone that there are people who try to earn money with fraud business and a normal man gets trapped into his trap. Vibhuti says Anita and Tiwari are trying to defame her. Saxena says they will never succeed in their plan. Anita says soon Vibhuti will be in jail. Prem says Vibhuti treated his heart attack with his alternate therapy. Angoori says Vibhuti is not a fraud. Anita explains to Angoori that no treatment can be done by beating a person.
Later, Tiwari is having dinner. Angoori asks him how is the dinner. Tiwari says the dinner is amazing but Angoori forgot to make a salad. Angoori says she will get the salad. Prem calls Angoori and talks to her and asks is he Munna Bhai. He asks Angoori to give the phone to Tiwari. Prem then adds some powder to Tiwari’s salad and leaves. Tiwari cannot hear anyone over the phone. He asks Angoori to get the salad. Angoori gives the salad to Tiwari.
Anita tells Vibhuti she has written a complaint to the CM about his fraud work. Vibhuti says Anita is trying to sabotage his career. Tiwari is unable to sleep and he has stomach pain. Angoori calls Gupta. Gupta comes and gives him some medicine.
Vibhuti asks Prem if he did his work. Prem says he did his work. Gupta says he did his part too.
The next day, Anita goes to the commissioner and complains about Vibhuti’s fraud work. The commissioner comes to Vibhuti and asks him to close the clinic or he will go to jail. Vibhuti tells Saxena that their next target will be the commissioner.
