Popular TV actor Ram Kapoor, who has also worked in many Bollywood films, is celebrating his 47th birthday. While the popular TV star garnered nationwide fame with serials like Kasamh Se and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, not many of you might know that Ram Kapoor and Smriti Irani shared screen space in one of Ekta Kapoor's shows in 2000s, which was titled Kavita. A few years ago, Ekta shared the opening credits of the show and wrote, "Blast from the past! No one knew these two stalwarts had worked together. And they look so different @smritiirani @RamKapoor."

Smriti replied to that video and wrote, "Look so different is a polite way of saying we both got fat." Even Ram Kapoor shared his laughing moment and replied, "Oh my god!!!! How awesome to see this after so many years. We are both looking BACCHAAS!!." While the chemistry between Ram and Smriti in the opening sequence of this show looked amazing, the show didn't perform like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi or Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and went off air soon after its launch.
On the work front, Ram Kapoor will be next seen in Zee 5's web series Abhay 2, which also features Kunal Kemmu, Chunky Pandey and Asha Negi in prominent roles. Ram recently praised Asha in a video press conference and said, "Asha has evolved so much as an actor. She is so confident as an actor now and she has done an outstanding job in the challenging genre of characters with a dark shade. I still remember how Asha used to feel nervous during the shoot of Bade Ache Lagte Hai. She used to request the director for me to exit the room so that she give her shot without being nervous".
