Sushant Singh Rajput's shocking and tragic demise on June 14 left the nation shell-shocked. Fans are in mourning as the young actor, 34, left us in what has been declared by the cops as a case of suicide. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his bedroom by his staff and manager, Siddharth Pithani. The body was taken to Cooper Hospital for postmortem. There has been a huge uproar on social media. Many people feel that a more thorough investigation is needed into what drove the actor to depression. While financial crisis has been ruled out, cops are seeing if there was any professional rivalry that caused the young actor a lot of mental turmoil.

Now, Shekhar Suman has tweeted that he is going to Patna to pay his respects to Sushant's father, KK Singh. He also said he will meet Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar and request him to press for a CBI Enquiry. The demand for a neutral probe is growing by the day. Along with Shekhar Suman, Roopa Ganguly, Manoj Tiwary and others are also asking for a CBI probe. Dr Nishikant Dubey, a BJP MLA from Jharkhand has been campaigning for a CBI probe as well.

Of late, some people like lawyers and forensic experts have been raising questions as well. While his sister was aware that he is being treated for clinical depression, his father was not aware of the same. He said that his son never revealed that he was suffering a great deal. His friend, Sandip Ssingh has said that he was never a very expressive person. His last film, Dil Bechara is coming on Disney Hotstar on July 24.
