Reacting to Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide at just the age of 34, despite a successful career and fame both behind and ahead of him, Irrfan Khan's son, Babil, who himself lost his star father a few weeks ago, after a 2-year long battle with a nextremely rare neurological tumor, took to his official Instagram handle to post a pic of Sushant and captioned it: "WTF is happening? I can't find the words. Man, if you feel clear signs, don't go searching for a reason, please go to the doctor instead." Check out his post below:
After the police confirmed Sushant Singh Rajput's demise to be a case of suicide, adding that no note was found at the scene of his death, the actor's team released a message for his fans, which read: "It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life, and his work like they have done so far. We request media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief."
Earlier, SSR's Chhichhore Director, Nitesh Tiwari, spoke exclusively to BollywoodLife, reacting to his leading man's untimely demise, and said, "Having directed Sushant in his film, I can say that he was a very happy soul, full of energy, full of life. I don't even know (pauses)...it's too shocking for me to even believe it. I don't know how to react. I don't really know what to say. It's a personal loss for me. So, I seriously don't know what to say." On being asked about art imitating life in the case of his star and the film he made, Tiwari added, "It's very ironical, is what I would say."
Our heartfelt condolences to Sushant's entire family and friends.
