Tonight's episode of Naagin 4 starts with Dev getting consciousness and while Brinda gets ready to give her a snake bite, Baa comes to give lep to Brinda. On the other hand, Vishakha turns herself into Brinda and takes the secrets from Tilasmi book to get Naagmani from Panditji. In the next frame, we see cousins of Dev wake up and his mother tells that Vishakha told her that they were fighting with each other to dance with Vishakha.
In the next scene, we see Dev gains consciousness and when Brinda asks him what he remembers about last night, he replies that he didn't like that Brinda called her ex-boyfriend in the party last night. Later, she washes his head and we see a romantic moment between them. Vishakha reveals that she gave her a snake bite and because of that Dev doesn't remember about Brinda's Naagin avatar. Baa calls everyone and tells then to keep Shivratri fast. Later we see, Brinda's locket shines and while she thinks it's Maanyata's hint, it is actually Vishakha, who confuses her.
While Vishakha tries to convince Brinda in her plan, Swara comes in the house and brings some gifts for Brinda as it is her first Mahashivratri in her in-law's house. Dev talks about Brinda's unpredictability attitude to his sister. In the next scene, we see Vishakha explains her plan to Brinda and suddenly Dev arrives to call them for aarti. Vishakha explains the route to the cave with her Laal Tekdi Temple. Vishakha, who has the power to take dual avatars, turns into Maanyata and goes to cave and in another avatar, she becomes Brinda to do aarti with Dev.
In the next scene, we see the real Maanyata escaping from the temple. While Swara, who runs behind Brinda and ask what she is searching, Brinda replies, her real mother. Later, we see Swara telling everything how they found her in childhood. Baa tells everyone to play dandia as it is a part of Shivratri ritual. Brinda, who is actually Vishakha, goes to Rajat and gives sweet to him. Brinda with Swara comes to the cave, where the unreal Maanyata is waiting for her and when they meet along with Swara. Vishakha, who is Brinda implies that she kissed Rajat and we see Dev getting furious. Later, we see Swara asking Brinda that Bel is a pure leaf than how it can affect her daughter and Maanyata. On the other hand, Vishakha aka Brinda purposely dances with Rajat to make Dev angry.
