During the promotions of Pagalpanti, Urvashi revealed that she never thought of becoming an actress. "I did not really think of becoming an actor. Both my parents are into business and most of my family members have studied science. So, again it was more of a coincidence than anything else. One thing kept leading to another and that's how here I am. Well, it was by chance. I had won two times Miss Universe of India titles when director Anil Sharma spotted me. He is the one who had discovered Priyanka Chopra too. So, that's how I got my first role and I did not audition for it. And as far as motivation is concerned, I think I feel motivated by my own passion for cinema and my love for what I do," she had said.
